Lazarus Mining’s team has over 55 years of experience between its core members, as part of that experience 18 years has been on the international mining stage working for over 60 clients and on 5 continents and in over 17 countries. The regional ones of interest would be: Nevsun, the modernization and implementation work at Chelopech mine in Bulgaria, Management and European compliance (resource reserves JORC, CPR, Productivity Increase, Safety and Environment Equator Principles) for the SASA mine in Macedonia, for Fusian, Adriatic Metals, Tara Resources, Tete Albania and Project Approvals, Compliance for numerous clients in Serbia.
Lazarus’s expertise covers: Consulting and Project Management, Due Diligence, Mine Design, Project Economics, Study Work, Implementation and Supervision Services within Serbian and International Mine Projects.
